Ms. Roth joined CBIZ Benefits & Insurance Services as an Account Executive in June 2016 with over 19 years employee benefits experience. She is primarily responsible for providing consultative health, disability and life insurance account services for key account size client groups ranging in size from 100 to 3000 employees. Ms. Roth has extensive knowledge and expertise in Self-Funded, HMO, PPO, POS, dental, life, and disability products. She also has knowledge of wellness programs, EAP’s, voluntary benefits, COBRA, Section 125 plans (Flexible Spending Accounts), Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Health Reimbursement Accounts (HRA). She works diligently with the CBIZ Benefits Team and her Claims Advocate to ensure that every CBIZ client experiences exceptional customer service.
Immediately prior to joining CBIZ, Ms. Roth served as UnitedHealthcare Account Executive for southern Arizona and New Mexico where she was responsible for negotiating renewals and new business sales. She also worked directly with brokers and employers assisting with day to day service.
Previously, Ms. Roth was employed by a southern Arizona broker as an Account Manager and Account Executive for a ten year period. In this position, Ms. Roth provided consultative health, disability and life insurance account services for groups ranging in size from 50 to 5000 employees.
Ms. Roth holds a Life, Health and Accident license in the State of Arizona, State of New Mexico, State of Colorado, State of Texas, and State of California. She frequently attends seminars regarding healthcare trends, compliance, COBRA, HIPAA, and other areas affecting employer benefits.
