Andrew is a Managing Director at CBIZ MHM, LLC and a Shareholder of MHM and has been with the organization since 1998. He specializes in providing services to companies in the construction, manufacturing, transportation, retail, and professional service industries as well as government contractors and governmental entities.
Andrew has expertise in audit and business advisory, financial reporting and disclosure, financial statement analysis, reporting and consulting, tax preparation, planning and consulting, and reviews and compilations of financial statements.
Andrew has experience in the analysis of the effectiveness of internal controls for local governments, private and public companies. He provides review and recommendation for classification of fixed and variable, direct and indirect costs for manufacturing companies. He has performed analysis of going concern disclosure and impairment of assets for development stage enterprises as well as audits of long term debt and related compliance with loan covenants. Furthermore, Andrew has performed analysis of lease expense/agreements to determine if leases were recorded properly and analysis of proper valuation and recognition of equity issuances, including common stock, preferred stock, options and warrants. He has experience in the preparation and review of registration statements for initial public offerings (S-1, S-2), quarterly financial statements (10-Q), and year-end financial statements (10K), management discussion and analysis, and footnote disclosures to ensure compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and the regulatory requirements of the Securities Exchange Commission.
Andrew has a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the California Lutheran University and graduated Summa Cum Laude.
