Session 1 - The Future of Retirement Plan Management

Employers are running on empty trying to manage the complexities of their retirement programs. Navigating the following issues can be a daunting task:
  • Increasingly complex rules and regulation
  • Selecting and monitoring investment options
  • Addressing diverse employee needs
  • Unprecedented levels of fee litigation
  • Lack of time and resources

You undoubtedly face one or more of these challenges and it's not getting any easier. Understanding that certain components of retirement program management are more painful for some employers than others, Mercer will share solutions that address so many challenges.
