Jessica has 15+ years employee benefits experience consulting for clients in a wide variety of industries. She is responsible for providing consultative health and benefit programs account services for key accounts. She has extensive experience in self-funded and fully insured medical plans (including high deductible health plans and health accounts), wellness, dental, life & disability insurance, voluntary worksite benefits, Employee Assistance Plans, Spending Accounts, enrollment communication, and client management. She works with the dedicated client service teams, Claims Advocate, and support staff; ensuring every client’s needs are met while delivering exceptional customer service.
Prior to joining CBIZ, Jessica served as Consultant for a worldwide consulting firm for nine years. She worked closely with service teams to manage clients’ health and benefit programs including financial analysis, developing strategic approaches to optimize plans costs, developing and proposing recommendations for clients’ overall strategy and plan/ benefit changes, resolution of escalated service issues, and performing benchmarking analysis to ensure clients’ benefit programs are within the market or above as desired. Jessica also served as Account Manager for a Tucson based regional broker for seven years where she provided customer service and benefit programs management support to her clients. Prior to working as Account Manager, Jessica served in Active Duty military in the United States Air Force for four years.
