Kristen Faust serves as Vice President, Contingency & Interim Search Practices for CBIZ. She has been an Executive Recruiter with CBIZ EFL Associates for 20 years. Faust has a proven track record of identifying and attracting passive candidates from preferred industries, companies, and competitors to deliver highly-qualified candidates. She brings creativity, perseverance and intuition to an aggressive, proven process-driven search execution.
In the Contingency Search Practice, Faust focuses on our clients’ most essential positions – those individual contributors with specialized skills that are the tactical talent that makes their business successful every day. With over 20 years of executive search experience, Faust applies that expertise to the recruitment of Director- and Manager-level talent for our client organizations.
In the Interim Search Practice, she provides clients with executive-level personnel and expertise immediately when the need arises. Faust utilizes her experience and relationships to provide clients with options to meet their urgent needs with the professionalism inherit to our organization.
Since joining EFL Associates/CBIZ, Kristen has conducted and contributed to the success of over 150 search assignments. Although her experience spans all industries, Faust is exceptionally knowledgeable in the healthcare, banking, manufacturing, not-for-profit and life sciences industries. From a functional perspective, her strengths include positions in Finance, Human Resources and Sales & Marketing. Faust has the ability to represent the client and recruit individuals who not only possess the required background, competencies and experience, but who also “fit” with the culture.
