Kristine is an Account Executive within Key Accounts, the team servicing our largest clients. She is responsible for providing consultative health, disability, and life insurance account services to large employer CBIZ clients in southern Arizona.
Kristine is an experienced strategic partner to our clients, with all the skills to deliver upon the strategic plan put in place to care for our clients. Focused on her book of business with five self-funded clients and the three largest school districts in Southern Arizona. Kristine knows budgetary constraints and works with our clients in developing and proposing recommendations for the overall strategy and plan/benefit changes.
Kristine works closely with the CBIZ service, analytic, and pharmacy teams to manage clients’ health and benefit programs including financial analysis, developing strategic approaches to optimize program and plan costs, developing and proposing recommendations for clients’ overall strategy and plan/benefit changes, resolution of escalated service issues, and performing benchmarking analysis to ensure clients’ benefit programs are within the market or above as desired.
She advises on wellness programs, voluntary benefits, COBRA, Section 125 plans (Flexible Spending Accounts), HDHP/Health Savings Accounts (HSA) plans, and Health Reimbursement Accounts (HRA). She works diligently with the CBIZ Arizona and national Client Service teams to ensure all client needs are met and to ensure that every CBIZ client experiences exceptional service.
Kristine brings over 15 years of experience with CBIZ and is a Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS), a designation she earned from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business.
She holds a Life, Health and Accident license in the State of Arizona and she stays current on all state and federal benefit plan and employment law legislation.
