Michael is a manager in the Phoenix office’s audit and accounting services division. Michael provides attestation and advisory services to a mix of clients, including public and private entities and ensures field audits are appropriately supervised and conducted in a consistent and efficient manner. He has developed expertise in auditing entities with purchased and manufactured inventory, including integrated audits of controls over financial reporting required by the PCAOB, percentage of completion revenue recognition policies, income taxes, and business combinations. Michael has extensive experience with financial reporting for entities with complex organizational structures, significant related party activity, and consolidations. Additionally, Michael has experience working on employee plan benefit audits, including Plan’s with mergers and spin-offs. Michael is also active in the firm's recruiting efforts.
