Joining CBIZ in 2006 as an Account Executive, Sonya has successfully managed the retention of CBIZ clients in the middle to large markets, including non-profits and municipalities.
Sonya’s primary responsibilities include evaluating strategic approaches that include financial analysis, resolution of escalated issues, carrier negotiations, industry and administrative knowledge to support CBIZ clients. Sonya’s 28 years in the employee benefits consultation profession has provided her with a solid understanding and experience of health benefits. Her invaluable knowledge continues to expand in the areas of HDHP/HSA, Section 125 benefits, Affordable Care Act, COBRA, wellness programs, voluntary benefits, and communication resources.
