Anita is a Senior Manager at CBIZ MHM, LLC and has more than 20 years of experience as an attorney in real estate, environmental, land use and entitlements matters. Her projects have included, among others, environmental due diligence, redevelopment of commercial property and conversion of contaminated properties from remediation stages to retail uses.
Anita has worked with private developers and governmental agencies, including financing of projects through private capital and public grants.
She is a graduate of the University of Southern California in Public Policy and Loyola Law School.
