Our team routinely drafts responses to any SEC comment letters and can also assist in drafting the cheap stock letter.

We have a proven method to prepare for, and get the external auditors through, the quarterly review process in an efficient and timely manner. We can perform quarterly cut-off procedures, review year-end audit adjustments to ensure they are recorded in the proper quarterly period, prepare flux analysis for the audit team and prepare all of the quarterly financial statements and footnotes.
