Kevin is a member of the Tax Group and the Tax Outsourcing Practice at CBIZ & MHM New England (formerly CBIZ Tofias). He provides tax services to privately-owned and publicly-traded multistate and multinational companies with a focus in tax accounting, compliance, and mergers and acquisitions consulting services.
Kevin works with a variety of industries including manufacturing/ distribution, technology, media, and retail/wholesale. His experience also includes the successful completion of a spin-off transaction and first year tax accounting for a publicly-traded multinational manufacturing company. Kevin was involved in all aspects for the client such as separation, opening balance sheet including purchase accounting adjustments, creation of the tools for the worldwide provision, and implementing the tax department. He was also recently responsible for the oversight of a significant sale transaction for the company.
