Marie Ebersbacher is based in California and has performed analyses in hundreds of engagements involving high net-worth marital estate dissolutions, fraud investigation, business valuation, breach of contract, shareholder and partnership disputes, contract analysis, and economic damages. She specializes in complex account tracings and apportionment analyses. Marie has also assisted buyers and sellers in actual transactions involving business transfers. Marie has provided expert witness testimony in the following California counties: Los Angeles, San Diego, Kern, Orange, San Francisco, Santa Barbara and surrounding counties. Marie joined CBIZ MHM, LLC in March 2002 and was promoted to Managing Director in 2006 and National Practice Leader in 2010. She has been the Senior Managing Director of the Forensic Consulting Group since 2016.
