Marvin serves as the Director of the Construction Cost Review (CCR) practice within CBIZ Risk & Advisory Services and has amassed 37 years of construction management experience in the regional, and national design, and construction markets. His Senior Management expertise with project controls, management, risk mitigation, construction audit, and advisory services has contributed to the placement of over $6 billion of construction nationally. He has been recognized for his outstanding project management and financial performance in the delivery of large complex building programs. His subject matter expertise covers industry markets such Healthcare, K-12, Higher Education, Major League Sports and Corporate-Private. His leadership focuses on “Achieving Program Results and Improving Project Outcomes”.
Marvin acts as the CCR/Audit team leader and SME and as the day-to-day point of contact with respect to delivery of services. He will manage the CBIZ CCR team through the entire engagement ensuring services and deliverables are properly handled to the satisfaction of the Client. He provides technical reviews as part of all reporting, including GMP Risk Assessments, assessing project delivery methods, contract types, jurisdictional issues, and closeout final negotiations. Client opinion letters and other technical writing deliverables that assist with mitigation of risk associated with project scope gaps and potential disputes.
