Mr. Young joined the CBIZ Board in February 2023 when he was appointed as an independent director. Mr. Young is currently President and Chief Executive Officer of Delta Dental of Minnesota.
Previously, Mr. Young was President and Chief Executive Officer of Angeion Corporation (now MGCDiagnostics Corporation), a former medical technology company. Mr. Young also previously held the Chair, Chief Executive Officer and President roles for LecTec Corporation, a medical technology company. Mr. Young currently serves as director and diversity, equity and inclusion committee chair of the Minnesota Business Partnership.
