Steve is an expert in the health care real estate market which has resulted in the cumulative construction of over 3.2 million square feet for medical practices with a combined project cost of $1.04billion (debt and equity). In the majority of the projects, Steve was involved in the formation of the entities, raising capital (debt and equity) and the turnkey construction of the facility.
