Corporate Transparency Act, Beneficial Ownership Reporting and the Implications for Businesses

The Corporate Transparency Act’s Beneficial Ownership Reporting requirements became effective Jan. 1, 2024. While businesses are pushing for its delay and fighting in courts for its extinction, the requirements currently remain effective. The timing for most businesses to report is by year-end, but businesses formed in 2024 may have a shorter deadline. Learn all you need to know to make sure your company is compliant in a timely manner in this comprehensive discussion.
